when will i receive notification of my shipment ?

What type of shipment method do you use ?

How long does it take to receive my order ?

Once placed, orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Call our customer service if you need your order sooner for a special occasion or as a gift. We'll try our best to make sure it shows up on schedule.

How can i track my order ?

You will receive an email upon the creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.

Do you offer Refunds ?

ABSOLUTELY! If you are not satisfied with your Proud Patriots item, we will refund your money. Within 60 days of the date of your purchase, refunds will be issued. The product needs to be in the same state that it was when it was received. Please email our customer service email if you want assistance with processing a refund request.

Along with your order number, name, and a note explaining why the item is being returned, please send the package. so that we can quickly process the refund.

It will take 5 to 10 business days for refunds to reach your bank. An email will be sent to you once the refund has been completed.
